The service
Occasyn designs, builds and operates a digital experience for your event. What is included is set out in the quote you accept. We are a managed service: our team configures the event, and clients do not have direct edit access in this release.
Requests and quotes
Submitting a request does not create a contract. We may accept or decline any request. A quote is valid for the period stated on it and becomes binding when you accept it and pay.
Payment
Fees are quoted per event, in the currency shown, and are payable before we begin building. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless the quote says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has begun, though we will always try to be reasonable if your event is cancelled for reasons outside your control.
Your content and your guests
You keep ownership of everything you give us: your event details, your images and your guest list. You grant us permission to use them to run your event. You confirm that you have the right to share your guests’ contact details with us for the purpose of inviting them, and that you will honour any request from a guest to be removed.
Acceptable use
Occasyn may not be used to send unsolicited marketing, to host unlawful content, or to impersonate anyone. We may suspend an event that breaches this, and will tell you why.
Availability
We work hard to keep event experiences available, particularly on the day itself, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the event concerned.
