Delete your Occasyn data

Send your request

Email hello@cloudcorehub.com with the subject “Occasyn data deletion request”. You may also ask the host of your event to remove you from their guest list.

Include enough information for us to locate the correct record:

• Your full name.
• The email address or phone number used for the event.
• The event name and, if known, its date.

We may ask you to confirm control of the email address or phone number before deleting anything. This protects guests from fraudulent deletion requests.

What we delete

For an event guest, we delete or anonymise the identifying information associated with the request, including contact details, RSVP responses, answers, questions or messages, and active invitation sessions. This removes access to the event and cannot be undone.

Event owners may request deletion of their account and event content after any active event and outstanding payment matter has been resolved.

What may be retained

We may retain limited transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and audit records when required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims. Where possible, those records are separated from event content or stripped of unnecessary identifying details.

Timing

We will acknowledge and respond to a deletion request within 30 days. We will explain when a legal obligation requires us to retain a limited record for longer.
